1. Get up early

Even setting your alarm 15 minutes earlier than you normally would get up can make a huge difference. Experts recommend waking up at 5 every morning for maximum benefits, but any change helps! You'll be so thankful for the extra 15 minutes when you can actually sit down and enjoy your cup of coffee.

2. Prioritize

Do the things you really need to do first. It will feel great to get them out of the way and your mind won't constantly be plagued with worry throughout the day. Making a list the night before can help with this as well.

3. Prepare your outfit
