Here's a list of the best DIY Halloween decorations that you can put together within a matter of minutes, all with things that you probably already have laying around the house!

Put a cotton ball in a tissue and seal it tight with a rubber band. There you have it: a tissue ghost! Hang them up all around for instant Halloween frights.
